Welcome to G31 — a web-based platform that helps brands create and drop NFT-powered merchandise. By accessing or using the G31 app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

G31 is an NFT generator and 3D mockup tool tailored for clothing brands. Our platform allows users to:

  • Generate claimable NFTs linked to their merchandise.
  • Export branded mockups in PNG, 3D, and MP4 formats.
  • Share NFTs with customers via unique QR codes.
  • Enjoy gas-free claiming, supported across 500+ wallets.

All NFTs are minted on the Base blockchain using Thirdweb as a third-party integration.

2. Plans & Usage

Free Plan

  • Create 1 NFT per account.
  • No credit card required.
  • Instant access after login.

Pro Plan

  • Create up to 50 NFTs per month.
  • Receive regular product updates.
  • Purchase extra NFT credits through your dashboard.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

Upon cancellation:

  • All remaining credits will be erased.
  • Account is downgraded to Free Plan.

3. 3D Mockup Generator

G31 also provides a 3D mockup generator where users can:

  • Upload their designs & use 3D animations.
  • Export in PNG, 3D, or MP4 formats.
  • Use mockups for product showcases or promotional material.

Note: Only Pro users can access all the models and export in 3D & MP4.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All NFTs and 3D models created using G31 are fully owned by the user who created them. We do not claim any copyright or commercial rights over your content.

5. Wallet & Claiming

  • G31 supports over 500 crypto wallets for claiming NFTs.
  • Gas fees are fully sponsored — users pay nothing to claim.
  • Each NFT includes a unique QR code for easy customer claiming.

6. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • Users must keep payment info up to date to maintain access to Pro features.
  • In case of payment failure, you will lose access to your Pro plan.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Abuse platform resources.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update or modify any aspect of G31 (including features, pricing, and Terms) at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Third-Party Tools

We integrate with Thirdweb for NFT minting and claiming functionality. Your use of these services is also subject to Thirdweb’s terms and policies.
